Mexican Fan Palms Washingtonia robusta:
Palms BEFORE pruning are on average 36" tall (above soil level). Palms AFTER pruning will be 28-30” tall.
Each will arrive with one main palm frond & a new frond just starting to poke out (see pics). They are pruned during packaging to lessen the stress suffered during shipping.
They are fast growing.
Extensive root growth.
